Experiencing a significant growth period they are looking for a Senior Aquatic Ecologist to join their team. Your role will be to manage projects across a range of industries. You will be responsible for a team of ecologists and support staff across these projects to ensure they are delivered on time and budget. 

To succeed in this position you will be able to provide effective leadership to the team and possess the following:

•  Relevant tertiary qualifications (Applied Science, Marine Science, Zoology)  
• Previous consultancy experience
• Experience managing projects and running field teams
• Freshwater and/or Groundwater experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
• Strong report writing skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive
