WALLABIES lineout coach Ross Reynolds starts job hunting today, but he has not been put off the English game by a terrible run of luck.

Reynolds, who toured with the Wallabies in 1984, came to England in 2002 to join ambitious Orrell owned by Wigan league and soccer boss Dave Whelan but quit the club when Whelan cut his funding last year.

He joined Europe's Zurich Premiership club Rotherham for the final two games of their relegation season. Another financial crisis struck as he was preparing the campaign to take them back to the top flight.

That left Reynolds jobless until the opportunity arose to join the Wallabies' coaching staff to prepare for their European tour.

"The two months I have spent with the team has been fantastic," Reynolds said. "As a head coach I am used to dealing with lots of different areas and it's been nice to pay attention to detail to one specific area."

But after the overnight Test against England, Reynolds's deal with Australia ended and he will now pursue two potential job opportunities with English clubs.
