Minimum Requirements

• As the successful candidate you will hold a B.S. degree in Engineering, Business, HR or a closely related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
• 12 years experience in organization design, job design, job evaluation, or related area. At least 10 of these years must be as a Lead Organization Development consultant in a major multinational company or with a reputed consulting company.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry and knowledge of relevant organization and job design practices is preferred.
• Extensive experience in one or more of Company operations and general knowledge of the others is required.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Familiarity with job evaluation practices sufficient to appreciate linkage between organization design, job design, and job placements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice in the area of organization design - the focus being to ensure that Company functions are appropriately configured to efficiently implement their corporate missions and objectives.
• The position requires the ability to provide effective organizational solutions at all levels in the company hierarchy from top management downwards.
• Assesses the effectiveness of existing and proposed organization designs and communicates them to key stakeholders.
• The assessment involves diagnosing problems with current organization structure, identifying areas for potential process improvement, planning for business changes, and determining appropriate intervention to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness to support strategic goals.
• Designs proper jobs and ladders to perform the functions of various organization entities in line with their mission and objectives
