A fantastic time to join this market leading Australian Industrial Manufacturer based in the Fairfield/Smithfield catchment area, who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive customer service team.

Working under a highly approachable and good natured Manager, you'll be working within a team of people who take calls from business customers placing orders. You'll process orders via phone, fax, and email, as well as provide stock information and product support. You'll often have to liaise between internal departments and the customers to investigate order or delivery queries, as well as to settle any customer issues.

The position will require you to work normal office hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants will have experience in a phone based Customer Service position in the recent past, as well as fantastic communications, and you'll be a natural at dealing with customers professionally.
